Terms of Use (EULA) & Subscription Terms

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the BNYAD mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

BNYAD grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial health and fitness tracking in accordance with Apple’s Standard EULA terms (Apple Standard EULA).

3. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (Guideline 3.1.2c)

BNYAD offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions to unlock advanced features including AI meal planning, barcode scanning, macronutrient custom targets, and detailed nutrition analysis.

• Subscription Options & Pricing:
  • Monthly Plan (BNYAD_M1): $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • Yearly Plan (BNYAD_Y1): $19.99 per year ($1.66/month equivalent), billed annually.
• Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the initial subscription price unless notified otherwise.
• Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal anytime in your iPhone / iPad Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
• Free Trial / Promotions: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Medical & Physical Health Disclaimer

The BNYAD application provides fitness, body composition estimates, and macronutrient targets based on standard scientific equations (such as Mifflin-St Jeor, WHO BMI, and US Navy Body Fat formulas). The App is not intended to provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

Always consult a licensed physician or nutritionist before beginning any meal plan or fitness regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information presented in the App.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any portion of the BNYAD application or API endpoints without prior written authorization.
